Our beloved Queen B of the teen show circuit, Gossip Girl's Leighton Meester (aka, Blair Waldorf) dropped by the 'Regis & Kelly' show earlier today to kick off promotion for the brand new second season of the hit CW show (which premieres tonight @8pm)!!! Check out Leighton's visit below.

Before today, L was a Regis & Kelly virgin --- but they took care of that, and ... "swiped her v-card."

It's refreshing to see Leighton on the receiving end of interviews for once. We adore Blake Lively, but we feel Leighton doesn't get enough leg room. That better change.

The gorgeous breakout star talked about going from blonde -- to green -- to brunette for her role as Blair, her recurring role in the popular HBO show, "Entourage", and her views on her GG character.

On Blair Waldorf, Leighton says: "She owns the title of the most popular girl. She's kind of vicious and mean...it's really sad to have to play that, but it's actually really fun. It's not so bad everyday. She's also a good girl. She can have her good side."

We're beyond the term excited for tonight. Watching from the beginning and then watching all over again (the recently released season one boxset) back to back, we're ready for more and more drama!
